To help everybody relax before the national convention next month, the TBABJ will hold a potluck lunch/informal social meeting at the home of chapter president Eric Deggans.
All you really have to bring is yourself and a good appetite. But if you want to bring a dish, please contact our membership chair Camille Spencer, to make sure you're not carting in the 5th bowl of potato salad (she's at cspencer@sptimes.com)
All are welcome; this is a great change to meet the TBABJ and hear about our major upcoming initiatives, including our scholarships, our fund raiser at the Florida Aquarium Aug. 7 and the national convention in Tampa.
The lunch starts at 11 a.m. July 11 at Eric's Home, 1835 2nd St. South, St. Petersburg, 33705 (basically, the corner of 19th Ave. south and 2nd St. south). Call 727-642-8907 if you get lost.
