Disney to screen The Princess and the Frog at NABJ convention in Tampa

Programing is heating up for the Tampa NABJ convention in August, as Disney brings a screening of its first cartoon to feature a black princess, The Princess and the Frog, to the gathering, featuring a performance by star Anika Noni Rose.

This year's "NABJ Presents" event is giving attendees a unique opportunity to see a sneak preview of Disney's new animated picture, "The Princess and the Frog" AND witness a special performance by Tony Award-winning star Anika Noni Rose!

NABJ Presents... A MAGICAL EVENING WITH DISNEY
Thursday, August 6, 7:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Walt Disney Parks and Resorts will also feature:
- the President Barack Obama animatronic at the newly reopened Hall of Presidents attraction at Magic Kingdom Park
- the American Idol Experience at Disney's Hollywood Studios
- Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex rebranding with ESPN

Steve Harvey will also introduce the student enrichment program, Disney's Dreamers Academy.

And don't forget, active members attending convention are eligible for up to four complimentary Disney Park Hopper passes valid Aug. 5-10. Inquire at the registration table in Tampa.
